Retainer fee agreement
For the services listed under article 2.1 of this Agreement, the Parties agree on monthly retainer fee of EUR ...... plus VAT, as applicable.
The retainer fee is calculated based on 15 hours of work, utilizing a reduced hourly rate of EUR ...... and will be payable every month, even if the number of hours used in any particular month is less than 15 hours.
It is agreed between the Parties, that after the first six months of collaboration between the Parties under to this Agreement, the retainer fee as detailed in article 2.1 above shall be subject to a mutual revision regarding its accurateness for the actually required services.
